By using the InShop website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General
These terms govern your use of inshop.com and any purchase made through it. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed or, for Cash on Delivery orders, after our team has verified your details. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal (card payments) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. The following items are non-returnable: customised or engraved pieces, pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons, and items purchased during final sale events.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@inshop.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once the item is received and inspected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of InShop and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
InShop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
